You are required to choose a size and a colour. Once you've added a product to your shopping basket you can amend the quantity to add more if required. 

 We use SagePay to conduct our online payments, so once you confirm your order your browser will be forwarded to the SagePay payment website. Enter your payment details here, you are completely safe to do so as you can see the website is secured with 128bit encryption, shown by the padlock in your browser address bar. We never see your payment details, we only get notification that you've paid.

 All items are generally in stock in all colours, however please allow up to 15 days for delivery, 28 days for international orders. Your order will be shipped by courier to the address you specify during checkout. If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 No, we do not require you to open an account with us to buy. During checkout you'll be asked whether you want to set up an account, or checkout as a Guest. Guests have access to the same pricing as account holders, but we do not save your details and you cannot track the progress of your order. If you think you'll buy from us again in the future then we recommend you choose to open an account, it's automatic, instant, and saves you having to type in your details again.

 All goods supplied by us carry a manufacturers warranty of at least 12 months, and any items found to be faulty should be returned to us and we will arrange a replacement or repair. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

 All of our products come with a 14 day no-quibble money-back guarantee, provided the item is returned to us unused and in its original packaging. This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
